Fluid Pay LLC, a Level 1 PCI compliant cloud-based payment gateway, has launched two network-compliant programs for Cash Discount and Surcharging.

Fluid Pay, LLC. has partnered with Debit Technologies (DTI) to offer an exclusive patented technology which helps eliminate total card payment processing costs. The payment terminal software program for Cash Discounting is designed to encourage customers to pay by cash or gift card. As part of the regular standard list product pricing a small service charge (fixed amount or percentage) is applied to all sales. No discount is given when paying by debit card or discounts and actions based on payment type.

Fluid Pay has also launched an in-house compliant surcharging platform. The platform is for credit cards only and prohibits banned states along with debit cards. The BIN is validated real time as the credit card is being entered into the Fluid Pay system to check surcharge eligibility. The surcharge amount can be a fixed amount or percentage but not exceeding 4%. The surcharging fees are disclosed on all checkout pages and receipts. Fluid Pay is currently compatible with Dejavoo terminals and our solution also accommodates tips.
